Date: Sunday 22nd May 2022

Time: 9.30am - 3pm

Venue: Archerfield Walled Garden, East Lothian

Join us for a day of mindful sharing and connection at Archerfield Walled Garden. You will be guided through a Seasonal yoga flow, mindfulness practices, a floral centrepiece tutorial, and enjoy a two-course lunch together.

Sunday Soul is an invitation to connect with likeminded people, connect with Nature, connect with yourself and to explore your own creativity.

We share a passion for connecting with Nature through the changing Seasons. For Lianne that centres on reflecting the shifting energy and emotional focus of the Seasons in her yoga practices. And for Aoife, it is having an awareness of, and using, locally grown, in Season flowers in her designs.

Archerfield Walled Garden offers us a unique opportunity to practice and create together in a number of locations around the grounds, connecting with Nature through touch, sight, smell and sound. We can’t wait to explore this beautiful space with you.

Community is important to us and so ticket numbers for Sunday Soul retreats are limited to maintain a warm and supportive group dynamic.
